Terms & Payment Methods

Pacific Group USA Inc accepts many forms of payment. Payments maybe made by: check, money orders or travelers checks, credit cards and wire transfers. To obtain wire information please call us (626)279-9036

All items are sold FOB from our warehouse in City of South El Monte California.

1. Local Los Angeles deliveries require a minimum order amount ( 2 Pallets ) for free delivery and is limited to certain areas. Any orders below the minimum order amount will require an pick up.

2. Customers can always use their own trucking company or freight forwarder with simply providing the contact person's name, address and phone number.

3. Drop shipping is available at no additional cost! However, full information about the customer will be required.

4. Freight charges are based on zip code, weight and cube of orders fully submitted online

5. Shipping and receiving days varies per area (outside of California is contingent on proximity to state)

6. Regular "pick up" customers must verify the "next day" appointment schedule with a Pacific Group USA Inc's salesperson.

Return, Damage and Shortage:

Claims for shortages, damages or defective merchandise must be reported to Pacific Group USA Inc within five days of the receipt of merchandise.

Please provide a photocopy of invoice with an explanation/description of your return or damages, item(s) number. For damages, we are now requiring submission of a picture and/or sample of the item itself; this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

For shortages, we need a copy of the delivery receipt from the trucking company.

In the event of loss, late delivery or dissatisfaction with the product supplied and a replacement is not acceptable, you will receive a credit that will take approximately a week and a half to go into effect.
